HOW TO PAY THE MONTHLY DUES

The monthly assessment payments are due on the 1st day of each month and late after the 10th.

There are several way to pay your dues.  You can write a check, use your bank’s bill pay service, pay online at hoabankservices.com, or the association can draft the funds (ACH) from your account.  The ACH form is available upon request.

If you pay online at www.mysmartstreet.com you will be asked for your association.  Type “Tara” and scroll down to Tara Townhouses Condo Association.    You can set up recurring payments using: (1) echecks which takes the money from your checking account, or (2) using your credit card.  Please note the bank charges a $14.95 fee when you use your credit card.  If you do not know your Account Number contact Carter Communities.
